Batweek - Special Event

Turn your garden into a paradise for the night hunters! Do you actually know who secretly tidies up in your garden at night? Bats are fascinating night flyers and biological pest controllers. One single bat can consume up to 4,000 mosquitoes and insects in one night! However, these useful creatures are finding increasingly scarce shelter and food. In our interactive workshop, you will learn how to transform your own garden, balcony, or terrace into a true paradise for bats and insects. We will show you that nature conservation starts right at your doorstep and is incredibly fun! Here's what to expect in the workshop: Valuable practical knowledge: Which plants attract moths and insects (the favorite food of bats)? How do I design ponds or light sources to be bat-friendly? Collaborative crafting & DIY: Together we will create small, useful items for your garden that you can take home with you (seed bombs and bat boxes). Experience & exchange: Meet like-minded individuals, share your thoughts, and take home plenty of inspiration.
