Historic weekly market – regional shopping every Saturday

Located in the heart of the town center is the Heide market square, covering 4.7 hectares. Up to 140 vendors, many of them local producers, offer their wares here. Besides fresh fish, meat, cheese, homemade baked goods, eggs, fruit, vegetables, flowers, agricultural products, and everyday necessities, a small poultry market is also held during the summer months.

Various food stalls, fish and beverage stands cater to the physical well-being of the visitors.
On a designated section of the site, the weekly market takes place here on Saturdays as a public facility of the city of Heide, with the following opening hours:

Every Saturday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM

If December 24th and 31st fall on a weekday, the market will also take place on those days.
